- 2024 Budget Discussion – Rob went over the budget , Discussed how we currently prorate membership based on when you join. This can cause a cash flow issues towards the end of the year. The software will allow to track when someone joins so suggested we eliminate pro-rate and just charge the full year membership when they join. They will then renew at that same time the following year. We agreed to move forward with this new plan immediately. We will send invoices for those coming due in January for 2024.

Nancy Tiemeier.
